Healthcare

  • Medicaid Expansion & Reform.

  • Clinton will Continue Funding for HB 1114. He is a Champion  for HB 1114 to Fund Greater Prenatal Care to Reduce Infant Mother Mortality Rate for Mother & Baby. Mothers in the State of Georgia are 8 times More Likely to die from Maternal Toxemia, Hemorrhaging and/or  Pre-Eclampsia from Underserved Prenatal Care. Clinton’s Own Wife Died from Complications After a 1996 Delivery in Loss of Critical Care Attention as a result of Maternal Toxemia, Hemorrhaging and/or  Pre-Eclampsia. Clinton’s Wife Went in to Labor at 26 weeks Causing the Baby to Live with Cerebral Palsy, and Mother to Die From Complications 3 Years Later Shortening Her Life.

  • Clinton will Fight to Support Our Local Georgia Colleges, Technical Schools, and Universities.

  • Clinton will Fight for Affordable Housing: Access to Resources & Information.

S: Safety (40%)

    1. Mandatory 10PM Curfew is for under 18. If a Child is Not Coming From After School  Event or a Job Should Be In The Home.  It's 10 O'clock. Do You Know Where Your Children Are?

    2. The Revenue Generated From The SET ACT Will   Be Distributed for Safety.  Georgia Will Fund Our Local & County Police, and The Georgia State  Patrol. SET ACT Will Establish Prime Time Foot  Patrols In The Savannah's High Crime Areas from 4pm to 12PM. Georgia Will Seek The Aid &  Assistance of  Colonel Wright for the GSP to scan the outer Perimeters of the high crime areas.  A Much Needed Funding. 

E: Education (20%)

  1. 10%  to Teachers' Pay Increase In Yearly Salary In Addition to Teachers' Normal Pay;

  2. 5& to Retired Teachers Pension Fund;

  3. 5% to Bus Drivers, Cafeteria Workers & Custodians.
     

T: Transportation (40%) 

    Georgia must have STATE WIDE HIGH SPEED HIGH RAILWAYS TO REMEDY THE RISING COST AT THE PUMP.
